Applications for participation in the program of preferential housing loans for youth "Kostanai Zhastary" will be open from January 5 to January 26, 2026
Who can participate?
Young specialists are allowed to participate in the Program subject to the following conditions:
1️⃣ Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2️⃣ Age — up to and including 34 years
(the age of the spouse is not taken into account, and only one of the spouses can participate)
3️⃣ Purchase of housing at the workplace
4️⃣ Work experience of at least 6 months at the last main place of work
and permanent registration in the territory of Kostanay region
5️⃣ For individual entrepreneurs - at least 1 year of continuous activity
(The sole proprietor must be registered in the Kostanay region)
6. Absence of housing owned in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the applicant and family members living together
(and absence of facts of alienation of housing over the past 5 years),
with the exception of shares received before the age of majority through privatization or inheritance
7️⃣ Total income for the last 6 months:
the applicant and his spouse (official marriage), or
the applicant and his parents (when living together)
— no more than 150 MCI per month
(648,750 tenge)
▶️ Only one family member can participate in the program
8️⃣ If the points are equal, the advantage is given to the older
participant 9️⃣ The presence of a savings account in Otbasy Bank JSC
with the amount of the initial payment until the loan is issued
