Deputy Akim of Zhanaozen Appointed

Today, the Akim of Zhanaozen, Zhanseit Kainarbayev, introduced to the city’s active members and deputies of the city maslikhat Mukash Maksat Askarovich, who has been appointed to the position of Deputy Akim of Zhanaozen.

Mukash Maksat Askarovich was born in 1991 in the city of Zhanaozen, Mangystau Region. He has a higher education. He graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Physical Culture and Sports, from the M.S. Narikbayev KAZGUU University with a degree in Law, and from Esil University with a degree in State and Local Public Administration.

He began his professional career in 2013 in the fields of education and sports. Over the years, he held managerial positions in children’s and youth sports schools.

From 2019 to 2023, he served as Director of Children’s and Youth Sports School No. 1 in the city of Zhanaozen.
Since 2023, he headed the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Mangystau Region.

As of December 22, 2025, he has been appointed Deputy Akim of Zhanaozen.
