A ceremonial event was held in our district to mark the professional holiday of energy sector workers.

The event was attended by Deputy Akim of the district Samat Smagulov, who highlighted the contribution of energy workers to the development of the district:

“Your work in ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply for residents deserves special respect. In recent years, a number of important projects have been implemented in the district within the framework of the ‘Provision of Settlements with Electric Power Networks’ initiative. In particular, the construction and modernization of power grids in the villages of Aktobe and Komekbayev have been fully completed. This year, works in this area were carried out in the village of Iirkol for 226.1 million tenge and in the village of Dur Ongar for 636.7 million tenge. This is the result of systematic efforts aimed at improving the quality of life of the population and developing rural settlements,” he said in his speech.

Industry veteran Anuar Dembaev also delivered a congratulatory address and extended his best wishes to his colleagues.

During the ceremonial meeting, a number of employees of the energy sector who demonstrated high professional achievements were awarded Letters of Appreciation from the Akim of the district.

The official part of the event was followed by a festive concert program featuring performances by local artists.

In addition, anniversary honorees of the settlement of Toretam were recognized for their productive work and presented with commemorative gifts.

It is worth noting that the level of wear and tear of power grids has currently decreased from 80 percent to 60 percent. To further continue work in this direction, project documentation is being developed for the villages of III International, Akzhar, Kuandariya, Karmakshy and Aldashbay Akhun.
