A meeting was held under the chairmanship of District Akim Berik Sarmenbayev, where personnel changes were first introduced.

— "Beknur Iskakov, who held a responsible position as the head of the Terenozek branch of the 'Kyzylorda Gas Distribution System,' is transferring to another role. During his tenure, Beknur Akylbekuly carried out extensive work toward ensuring an uninterrupted natural gas supply for district residents, increasing the safety and reliability of gas networks, and strengthening the material and technical base of the institution. Together with the district akimat, he made a significant contribution to solving complex issues and providing quality services to the public. On behalf of myself and the people of the district, I express my sincere gratitude to you for your hard work," said Berik Abdigapparuly.

Following this, the new leader of the sector was introduced. By the order of the Director of the "Kyzylorda Gas Distribution System," Erkebulan Esenkeldi was appointed as the Director of the Terenozek branch. Erkebulan Esenkeldievich was born in 1985 in the Syrdariya district. He previously served as a foreman in the same institution and held the position of branch director from 2021 to 2025. As of today, he has been reappointed to the position of branch director.

The District Akim wished E. Esenkeldi success in his work and gave strict instructions to ensure the continuous supply and safety of gas in the district, specifically tasking him with monitoring gas pressure to prevent any drops.

The meeting also addressed measures to support micro and small businesses. The head of the district emphasized the need to strengthen comprehensive measures for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and stated that continuous explanatory work regarding government programs must be conducted for residents. He reminded relevant departments, as well as settlement and village akims, of the need to coordinate efforts to fund projects launched under "Auyl Amanaty" through the "Isker Aimak" program and to submit specific project proposals.

He tasked his deputy with organizing the high-quality implementation of these assignments and keeping their timely execution under strict control.
