The Department of the Penal Enforcement System in the West Kazakhstan region held a "Best in Service" competition among employees of the Department and subordinate institutions.

The main purpose of the competition was to improve the professional skills of employees, strengthen professional discipline, and identify the most trained and conscientious professionals who have achieved high results in their professional activities.

The competition was held in the following services, departments and groups:

Duty service;

Operational Service;

Security service;

Special Accounting Service;

Service for educational and socio-psychological work among convicts;

The service for the organization of labor of convicts;

Control Service;

Probation services.  

The winners of the competition were awarded for conscientious performance of official duties, high level of professionalism and dedication to service. Holding such events helps to increase the motivation of personnel and strengthen the authority of the penal enforcement system.
