A presentation of a consulting office for entrepreneurs took place in Pavlodar as part of the republican campaign "People's Accountant". The campaign is being implemented as part of a new project of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The aim of the project is to support individual entrepreneurs and small businesses, as well as improve the quality of accounting and tax accounting.

According to Yerzhan Toktarkhanov, head of the State Revenue Department for the Pavlodar region, the campaign started on January 5 and will last until June 30 this year. The People's Accountant Office provides free consultations for entrepreneurs on accounting, tax reporting, and working in information systems. Consultations are conducted by members of the professional organization of accountants "Union of Accountants and Accounting Organizations of Kazakhstan" and UGD specialists.

The People's Accountant project is the first step towards the transition from a control model of tax authorities to service support for taxpayers. In the future, it is planned to implement additional measures aimed at preventing violations and improving the quality of consulting support.

The office of the People's Accountant is located at 5a Victory Square, Pavlodar (1st floor, left wing). The cabinet's work schedule in the first months of the campaign (January-February) will be held 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 10.00 to 13.00 hours. Starting in March, consultations will be held twice a week.

The People's Accountant project will become an important business support tool, make taxpayers' work easier and more transparent, and make interaction with tax authorities more comfortable and understandable.
