Attention Entrepreneurs!

Entrepreneurs planning to switch to a special tax regime based on the simplified declaration are required to submit a notification on the applied tax regime by February 28, 2026. If the notification is not submitted within the prescribed period, taxpayers will be automatically transferred to the general taxation regime.
The notification on the applied tax regime can be submitted through the Kaspi.kz mobile application:
In the “Public Services” section → “Change of Individual Entrepreneur Details and Tax Regime.”
After the information is submitted, the data will be updated in the databases of state authorities within 24 hours. A notification confirming the change of the tax regime will be sent in the Kaspi.kz application.
