Ulaanbaatar, January 20, 2026 – Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Mongolia Mr A.Seitakynov held talks on Tuesday with Mr S.Demberel President of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences, focusing on closer cooperation between the two countries’ research communities.

According to officials, the discussions covered a range of shared priorities, including joint projects in history and archaeology, collaboration on climate-change research, and expanded exchanges of scientists and researchers. The two sides also highlighted the importance of strengthening links between research institutions and pledged to support further partnerships in the scientific sphere.
