At a meeting of the National Kurultai in Kyzylorda, the Head of State presented one of the country’s highest state awards 🇰🇿 — the Order of “Barys” of the III Degree — to Serik Chingisovich Bekturganov, a member of the National Kurultai and Chairman of the Public Council of the Kostanay Region.

This award is a symbol of sincere gratitude and deep respect from the people for his many years of work, civic responsibility, and dedication to serving society.
