Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System Paid a Working Visit to Atyrau Region

Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System, Rustem Karibayevich Tungyshbayev, paid a working visit to the Atyrau Region.

During the visit, he inspected Institutions No. 15 and No. 75, subordinate to the Department of the Penal Enforcement System for the Atyrau Region, and familiarized himself with their operations. In particular, the daily routine of inmates, their living and detention conditions, as well as compliance with the established regime were reviewed.

In addition, at Institution No. 15, a recently commissioned production zone was inspected. Special attention was given to issues of inmate employment, the development of their professional skills, and measures aimed at their resocialization.

At the conclusion of the visit, Rustem Karibayevich held a personal reception for the staff of Institutions No. 15 and No. 75, during which he listened to current issues and proposals raised by employees. Based on the results of the reception, relevant explanations and instructions were provided, aimed at further improving the institutions’ activities, ensuring legality and law and order, as well as safeguarding the rights and security of inmates.
