The Shymkent city administration is systematically working to fully digitize the activities of educational organizations in the city in order to improve the quality of education. To this end, a unified integration system, QARQYN, has been introduced, which allows controlling the entire financing process to ensure transparency and prevent corruption risks.

This system fully covers the areas of preschool, additional, general secondary, technical and vocational education, as well as inclusion, personnel, finance, accounting and document management, and is integrated with major information platforms such as Kundelik, 1C, Balabaqsha, Qosymsha, Pana, Smartnation, Sana tariff database, and fully complies with information security requirements.

Currently, a centralized competitive system has been introduced to ensure transparency and fairness in the recruitment of teachers, reduce the risks of corruption, and select personnel based on their professional level.

A job fair will be held at the "Korme" center from 09:00 to 16:00 on January 29-30. At the event, specialists with the status of teachers will be advised on the competition, the procedure for processing documents and uploading them to the electronic platform.

In addition, a special commission consisting of about 200 experienced teachers and veteran teachers will work. In general, the course of the competitions will be under the direct control of the akim of Shymkent.
