Representatives of the state revenue authorities took part in a round table held at the site of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of the Pavlodar region.

The event was devoted to the issues of uniformity of administrative procedures and the application of new norms of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (APPK).

During the round table, topical issues of the APPC's law enforcement practice were discussed, as well as the importance of forming a unified approach in the implementation of administrative procedures and the adoption of administrative acts.

Special attention is paid to the innovations of the APPC aimed at increasing the transparency of government agencies, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and businesses, as well as strengthening the principles of legality and fairness in administrative proceedings.

The participants noted the importance of constructive interaction between courts and government agencies to improve the quality of decisions and the uniform application of administrative legislation.
