Today, under the chairmanship of District Akim Zhandos Erkinbek, a ceremonial reception was held in honour of the 70th anniversary of Musakhan Aitbayuly Basshybayev — Candidate of Political Sciences, holder of the title “Distinguished Educator of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” and a respected professional who devoted many years to the fields of education and public service.

During the event, the head of the district highlighted the jubilee honouree’s significant contribution to the development of the country and expressed heartfelt congratulations.

— Musakhan Aitbayuly began his career as a teacher and later served with distinction in district and regional education sectors, as well as in various responsible positions in public service. He worked as a school principal in Zhanazhol village, Head of the District Education Department, Deputy Akim of the district, and also served as an expert and head of sector in the Akim’s Office of Kyzylorda Region and the Administration of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. His extensive experience has made a substantial contribution to the socio-economic development of the region and the training of young professionals, — said Zhandos Erkinbek.

As part of the ceremonial reception, Musakhan Aitbayuly was awarded the district’s highest honour — the “Qurmet” Certificate of Honour.

Congratulatory speeches were also delivered by Chairman of the District Maslikhat Adil Koshalakov, member of the District Council of Veterans Shegebay Kundakbayev, and education veteran Dameli Zhalgasbayeva, who expressed their best wishes.

At the conclusion of the event, Musakhan Aitbayuly took the floor and expressed his sincere gratitude for the respect shown and the warm words extended to him.
