A Meeting with Media Representatives Was Held at the Zhanaozen City Territorial Election Commission

Today, as part of the events dedicated to the World Election Day, a meeting with representatives of the mass media was held at the Zhanaozen City Territorial Election Commission.

In a modern democratic society, elections are the primary mechanism for public participation in governance. The mass media serve as an important institution that provides citizens with political information and shapes public opinion. Effective interaction between election authorities and the media plays a crucial role in ensuring transparency and fairness of the electoral process.

During the meeting, participants were provided with comprehensive information on the participation of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in elections, the principles of a democratic society, as well as the role and activities of the mass media during election campaigns.
