The Tourism Department of the Akmola Region informs representatives of the tourism industry about the start of applications for participation in the “Quality Mark” program implemented by JSC “NC Kazakh Tourism”.

The program aims to improve service standards, enhance the competitiveness of domestic tourism services, and build trust among guests and partners. Obtaining the “Quality Mark” confirms a high level of service quality and professionalism of companies operating in the tourism sector.

The application deadline is February 6 of the current year.

Applications are accepted via email: product@qaztourism.kz

Required documents:

* for individual entrepreneurs — certificate of registration;

* for LLPs — company charter and certificate of registration;

* for tour operators — additionally, a license.

The Tourism Department encourages regional entrepreneurs to actively participate in the program, which will help improve the quality of tourism services and strengthen the Akmola Region’s position as one of the country’s leading tourist destinations.
