The Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region informs about the transition to an electronic format for conducting cases of administrative offenses.

Since November 11, 2025, the state revenue authorities, in accordance with articles 737-1 and 743 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, have completely switched to electronic case management in the Unified Register of Administrative Proceedings (ERAP) information system. This has become part of the digitalization of the administrative and tort process.

A new functionality has been implemented in the Integrated Tax Administration System (ISMS) for the convenience and timely informing taxpayers. Now, notices of attendance at the state revenue authority are sent electronically to persons registered as electronic taxpayers.

The notification is received:

- to the Taxpayer's Office in ISNA;

- to the e-government web application;

- additionally, an SMS message is sent from the number 1414 to the taxpayer's mobile phone.

The state revenue authorities continue to gradually expand and modernize digital services, making interaction easier, more convenient and more accessible for citizens and businesses.
