The Government for Citizens State Corporation announces the launch of a new digital service in the PSC mobile application – online ordering of state registration license plates.

Since January 1, 2026, in accordance with the amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the list of available vehicle registration plates has been expanded. It includes the so-called "desirable" and "mirrored" numbers, which is associated with the growing interest of citizens and the need to expand the possibilities of choice when registering cars.

In order to increase the availability of the service, the possibility of selecting and ordering state license plates through the PSC mobile application has been implemented as an alternative "window" for accepting applications online. The new service allows citizens to apply for a license plate with the desired combination remotely, without visiting specialized data centers in person.

The application is completed entirely in online format and takes a few minutes. The user needs to log in to the PSC mobile application, select the license plate ordering service and enter the desired number and series. The region is determined automatically according to the place of registration of the applicant.

If the room is available, the user is asked to make a payment and select a convenient branch to receive a ready-made license plate. If the selected combination is already occupied, the system will notify you and prompt you to enter another option.

The functionality of the service is implemented using integration with the information systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This allows you to check the availability of the selected license plate in real time. When you enter a combination, the system automatically displays the status – "free" or "busy".

The launch of online ordering of the state registration number of a car is part of the work on digitalization of public services and is aimed at increasing their convenience, transparency and accessibility for citizens.
