A meeting with representatives of the sports sector dedicated to the Constitutional reform was held in Shymkent. The event was attended by heads of sports schools, coaches, methodologists, and industry specialists.

At the meeting, Erdaulet Tastanbek made a report and touched upon the main directions of the new draft Constitution. He noted that the draft Constitution pays special attention to the issues of protecting human rights, establishing the principle of justice, and improving the public administration system.

According to him, the rule of law and order, the principle of equal opportunities in the Constitution also directly apply to the sphere of sports. Fair competition, support for youth, the development of physical culture and mass sports - all this depends on a strong legal framework.

During the meeting, the participants noted that the establishment of education and science as a strategic direction in the new Constitution will play an important role in educating the younger generation, promoting sports and a healthy lifestyle. It was also noted that the development of local self-government and the expansion of citizens' opportunities for participation in decision-making will positively contribute to the development of sports infrastructure.

The meeting was held in an open exchange of views. Industry experts asked questions and made their recommendations on issues such as financing sports schools, upgrading infrastructure, and supporting mass sports.

The organizers noted that the purpose of such meetings is to provide industry representatives with a broad explanation of the content of the new draft Constitution and an opportunity to actively participate in public discussions.
