Today, District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek visited several facilities in Zhosaly settlement and inspected the ongoing construction and renovation works.

First, the district head reviewed the current renovation works of a building listed under state property management. Necessary funding has been allocated for the project. At present, plastering of interior walls, replacement of doors and windows, renovation of the sewage system and heating pipelines, as well as roof repair works are being carried out at the facility. In addition, the contractor company will renovate the building’s facade at its own expense. The construction works are scheduled to be completed in June this year.

After that, the district akim inspected the construction of a pedestrian walkway along Oraz Akhun Street. Funding has been allocated for the project, which is 1,700 meters long and 1.5 meters wide, and construction work is currently underway. The project is expected to be commissioned in June this year.

The district head also visited the Dendropark area located at the entrance to the settlement and reviewed the ongoing works there. During the visit, Zhandos Yerkinbek instructed responsible officials to ensure high-quality cleaning and improvement works and the flawless execution of assigned tasks.

During the inspection of the facilities, the heads of responsible sectors and contractor organizations were instructed to maintain strict control over construction quality. The district akim emphasized:

“It is necessary to complete the works on time and with high quality.”
