Participants were informed of mechanisms for preventing and resolving conflicts of interest, requirements for preventing the abuse of official position for personal gain, and standards for the preservation and rational use of state property.
Particular attention was paid to systemic anti-corruption measures, including anti-corruption monitoring, corruption risk analysis, anti-corruption assessment of regulatory legal acts, and the functioning of financial control mechanisms.
Additional emphasis was placed on maintaining work discipline, prohibiting gambling, prohibiting public appearances under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants, as well as ensuring the secular nature of public service and preventing any form of discrimination.
The seminar emphasized the importance of developing a sustainable anti-corruption culture, the personal responsibility of civil servants, and strict adherence to the Code of Ethics as the basis for public trust in government institutions.
