Al-Farabi Mynbayev, Deputy Chairman of the Shymkent City Branch of the Auyl Party, held a meeting with city residents and entrepreneurs on the territory of the Koktem market in Shymkent. The main goal of the meeting was to directly explain to the population the context of the upcoming constitutional changes and the content of the new project.

During the meeting, Al-Farabi Mynbayev focused on the role of the amendments to the Constitution in democratizing the system of state governance. In particular, the issues of strengthening the powers of the Parliament, accelerating the legislative process, and finally getting rid of the super-presidential model of government were discussed. According to the Speaker, the new legislative changes will coordinate the work of the Majilis and the Senate, paving the way for transparent and prompt adoption of state decisions.
In addition, the meeting raised topical issues of strengthening public harmony, the role of the National Congress and the status of the state language. A. Mynbayev emphasized that the state status of the Kazakh language will remain unchanged and that the public should not follow the words of those spreading false information, but only trust official sources. It was also noted that citizens have the opportunity to directly submit questions to the Constitutional Commission through the "E-petition" platform.

In his speech, the party representative emphasized the social nature of the reform, noting that the updated Constitution will raise the legal protection of every Kazakhstani to a new level. In particular, the strengthening of the principles of equality before the law, protection of property rights and social justice will positively contribute to the development of the business environment. These changes will not only modernize the political system, but will also directly contribute to the well-being of every family and the long-term stability of the state.

At the end of the meeting, the speaker urged those present to be information literate and carefully read the text of the draft law. A. Mynbayev explained that each paragraph published in the newspaper "Egemen Kazakhstan" and on official state websites is directly related to the daily lives of citizens, legal security and the integrity of the state. He stressed the importance of being wary of provocative actions that could provoke the people from within and of taking a legally competent approach to a document of state importance.

Summing up the meeting, Al-Farabi Mynbayev noted that the constitutional reform is a strategic step that determines the future development direction of Kazakhstan. He said that this political process is an opportunity for every citizen to demonstrate their legal culture and responsibility for state affairs, and called on the people of Shymkent to define their civic positions within the framework of the law during an important political campaign.
