Procedure for booking appointments through various channels

1. Through the Public Service Center mobile application (eGov mobile):

The service recipient registers in the mobile application, selects the required public service, category, and the branch they plan to visit. They then choose a date and time from the available time slots.

A confirmation of the appointment (including the date and time) is sent via SMS notification from 1414.

2. Through the Egov.kz portal:

The service recipient visits the Egov.kz portal website and logs in using a digital signature (EDS) or other identification credentials. They select the required service and branch, then choose the desired date and time for the visit.
