The "VOICE" coalition of public observers officially announces its participation as independent observers in the nationwide referendum on the adoption of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Constitution is a very important document that defines the structure of state power, establishes guarantees of citizens' rights and freedoms, and establishes the basic principles of the country's development. Therefore, such historic decisions must be made in conditions of complete transparency, legality, and fairness of the voting process.
Our main goal is to ensure public control throughout the entire referendum. The coalition's work is organized systematically and throughout the republic. Our observers perform their duties professionally, carefully and responsibly, from the moment the polling stations open until the results are announced.
Public trust is built not by words, but by concrete actions, by compliance with the law. Independent monitoring is an important mechanism for ensuring the transparency and accountability of the electoral process.
The "VOICE" coalition is an association of citizens who are not indifferent to the future of the country. It is our common duty to ensure that the voice of every Kazakhstani is taken into account and that their will is fairly expressed. We are working towards this goal.
