The new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan officially enshrines a number of important principles that determine the fundamental directions of state development. These norms are aimed at strengthening the rule of law and establishing the principle of justice in public life.
For the first time in history, the principles of "Justice, Law and Order" have been officially enshrined at the constitutional level. These principles determine the main direction of state policy and serve to ensure the rule of law, maintain legal order, and establish justice in society.
In addition, the Preamble of the new Constitution clearly reflects the concept of a people-oriented state. The document identifies human rights and freedoms as the main priority of the state. This norm indicates that the activities of state institutions are primarily aimed at protecting the rights of citizens and ensuring their legitimate interests.
Thus, the new constitutional principles lay the foundation for improving the country's legal system, increasing the transparency and efficiency of public administration, and strengthening the level of protection of citizens' rights.
