For more than 20 years, the NGO "Sana Sezim" Legal Center for Women's Initiatives has been providing systematic support to the most vulnerable people - victims of domestic violence, human trafficking and labor exploitation, as well as undocumented persons. The organization has developed a comprehensive assistance model that combines legal, psychological and social assistance, as well as active information and educational work.

Comprehensive assistance to victims of human trafficking

One of the main areas of activity of "Sana Sezim" is combating human trafficking. The organization's specialists identify victims, including labor migrants and other vulnerable groups, and help them escape from exploitation and situations that are tantamount to slavery.
The work is carried out on the principle of "from identification to restoration of rights". The victims will receive:
· urgent advisory assistance;
· support when contacting law enforcement agencies;
· legal protection and representation of interests in the process of restoring violated rights;
· It is recommended to provide assistance for voluntary return to the country of origin, if necessary.
The Sana Sezim legal service supports cases related to labor exploitation, non-payment of wages, illegal withholding of documents, restriction of freedom of movement, and other forms of coercion. Special attention is paid to ensuring the safety of victims and maintaining confidentiality.

Psychosocial support and reintegration

In addition to legal assistance, the organization provides psychosocial support: specialists conduct individual consultations, help overcome traumatic experiences, develop safety plans, and assist in restoring social ties. Victims can also receive advice on employment issues and access necessary medical and social services.
Cooperation with government agencies and law enforcement agencies will allow for the identification of victims, their referral to specialists, and improvement of mechanisms for protecting their rights.

Prevention and information

The organization conducts active information and educational work aimed at reducing the risks of violence and human trafficking. NGO "Sana Sezim" conducts information campaigns, distributes booklets and information materials, organizes trainings and educational meetings for young people, migrants and risk groups. This work contributes to the formation of safe behavior skills, increasing legal literacy and establishing a culture of zero tolerance for violence and exploitation.
