Mobile PSC: How Many Services Do Kazakhstanis Receive Through the App

Public services in Kazakhstan continue to transition to a digital format. Today, the national registry includes 1,448 public services, of which 1,278 are available online. One of the digital channels is the mobile application “PSC,” which offers 18 services, including 79 types of services provided through the Video PSC format, according to the State Corporation Government for Citizens.

According to the Corporation, in 2025 more than 2 million users installed the mobile application “PSC,” and since the beginning of 2026 an additional 370,000 people have joined. Through the app, citizens can book appointments in advance, choose a convenient date and time for their visit, receive electronic QR tickets, check the status of submitted applications, and track the delivery of completed documents.

One of the most востребованных services remains the digital ticket. Since its launch, more than 3.5 million electronic tickets have been issued, improving the efficiency of service centers and simplifying visit planning.

The application also supports remote service formats. Users can track document delivery online and use the “Video Service” option, which allows them to receive consultations or apply for services via video call with a specialist without visiting an office.

Some vehicle-related procedures have also been digitized. The app allows users to complete a vehicle sale and purchase agreement, check a car’s history, order state license plates, and book driving exams to obtain a driver’s license.

As noted by the State Corporation Government for Citizens, the PSC mobile application has become one of the key tools for online interaction with the public and, within the Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, will continue to reflect the company’s strategic course toward digital transformation and automation of public services, ensuring a more convenient and accessible format.
