If a person on the housing waiting list fails to complete the inventory, they will not be removed from the waiting list. However, they will not be able to participate in the housing allocation process, even if they have been on the waiting list for a long time. The bank will not be able to allocate rental housing or provide a preferential loan for the purchase of an apartment until they complete the inventory.
