A digital module for the psychological support of newly arrived conscripts has been introduced at Military Unit 5573 of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, stationed in the capital. The project is aimed at improving the initial testing of conscript servicemen.

The system operates through the unit’s internal portal and is used during the first three days after recruits arrive. Twelve automated workstations connected to the local network have been equipped for this purpose.

The digital portal and electronic versions of the testing methodologies were developed by conscript serviceman Private Kim Hyun-Woo under the supervision of senior officers.

The automation of three testing methods has made it possible to save up to 500 working hours of specialists over six months.

Now, after testing is completed, the system automatically generates a psychological profile for each serviceman, including a brief analysis and an assessment of potential risks.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Zhanar Shakayeva, Head of the Psychological Support Service, this significantly simplifies the work of specialists and allows them to devote more time to personal communication with newly arrived servicemen.

The system is capable of processing up to 100 individuals per day, fully covering the needs of the draft intake.

The project is currently undergoing pilot testing in the capital’s unit. If its effectiveness is confirmed, the digital solution is planned to be introduced in all military units of the law-enforcement forces.
