The republican campaign "People's Accountant", which started on January 5, 2026, continues its work. Since March 2026, consultations have been held twice a week – on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 13:00. Admission is carried out in an offline format on the basis of state revenue departments.

As part of the campaign, taxpayers can receive free face-to-face consultations from members of the professional organization of accountants "Union of Accountants and Accounting Organizations of Kazakhstan", as well as from specialists of the state revenue departments of Aksu, Pavlodar and Ekibastuaz. Responsible specialists have been identified in the district administrations to clarify the norms of the new Tax Code.

In January-February 2026, specialists from the state revenue authorities of the Pavlodar region conducted 64 consulting days. About 5,700 taxpayers received consultations, over 10,000 questions were asked, which confirms the relevance of the format.

The most pressing issues relate to the choice of the optimal tax regime and transition period, tax benefits and deductions, electronic invoice statements, VAT thresholds, VAT registration and de-registration under the Tax Code and ESD, permitted types of activities for the self-employed and other aspects of tax legislation.
