In particular, it was decided to adjust the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Development Plan for 2026-2030, including measures to renovate the facades of apartment buildings and improve public spaces, develop landscape master plans and landscaping quality standards, as well as reconstruct the city's heating networks and the Schneider Bridge.

In addition, the issue of housing construction for the privileged category of the population, as well as for residents living in dilapidated or dilapidated housing, was considered.

As part of the decision, the city's Akimat was recommended to develop an action plan for the repair of dilapidated housing, work out the issue of allocating funds for the current repair of dilapidated housing, and ensure the implementation of a roadmap to provide new housing to owners by 2029 by demolishing dilapidated and dilapidated apartment buildings. The Construction Department needs to complete the construction of multi-family residential buildings scheduled for completion in 2026, on time, with quality and safety assurance.
