On the eve of International Women’s Day, soloists of the Male Choir of the National Guard Ensemble of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a festive campaign for residents and guests of the capital. Musical performances took place in city buses and at the “Nurly Zhol” railway station complex.

Accompanied by live music, the artists performed popular songs right during the bus routes, turning public transport into an improvised concert venue.

Passengers, who did not expect such a surprise, were sincerely touched by the atmosphere and the emotional performance of the songs Sulu Kyzdar and Give Flowers to Women. During the performances, the guardsmen presented flowers to women and congratulated them on the upcoming holiday.

The festive program continued at the Nurly Zhol railway station, where the artists carried on the musical flash mob and presented flowers to female passengers, creating an atmosphere of spring mood and attention.

It should be recalled that earlier the Male Choir of the National Guard made a real sensation on the popular Russian vocal show Well, Come On, All Together! where they presented an unexpected version of the global hit Numb by Linkin Park accompanied by the dombra.

The original interpretation of the rock composition caused a strong reaction from the jury and audience, demonstrating the high professional level and creative boldness of Kazakhstani artists in uniform.

The concert activities of the National Guard combine cultural development with support for the moral and psychological spirit of servicemen. The Exemplary Orchestra, the Song and Dance Ensemble, and the Male Choir regularly perform both for military personnel and for a wide audience, contributing to strengthening morale, promoting national culture, and forming a positive image of the law-enforcement forces.
