On March 3, in the city of Kostanay, a working meeting was held by the apparatus of the regional akimat and the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Kostanay Region on the implementation of the Roadmap for promoting the professional and personal qualities of civil servants in accordance with the ideals of "Adal Azamat" for 2025-2027 and the Action Plan for conducting anti-corruption information work with a decomposition of target groups.

Participants of the event: ethics commissioners of local executive bodies, heads of internal policy departments of city and district akimats of the Kostanay region, officials responsible for implementing anti-corruption measures, representatives of regional departments, the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, and the apparatus of the regional akimat.

The Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Kostanay Region, Y. Salykbayev, focused the participants' attention on intensifying information work, strengthening the prevention of offenses, ethical misconduct, and reputational risks. The speaker presented the "Adal Azamat" Concept as a path to honesty and justice.

The Ethics Commissioner of the Kostanay Region, K. Syundikov, informed about the progress of implementing the Roadmap's activities and the tasks of local executive bodies. The results of an anonymous survey of employees conducted by the ethics commissioner indicate the support of the region's employees for the principles of "Adal Azamat". 66.9% of respondents believe that the principles of honest service should be introduced in the civil service.

Speakers also included the Deputy Head of the Public Development Department, K.T. Kazez, the Head of the Internal Policy and Language Development Department of the Altynsarin District Akimat, G. Imanova, and the Head of the Corruption Prevention Department of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Kostanay Region, B. Uspanov.
