On the eve of March 8 – International Women’s Day, soldiers of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan congratulated their mothers in a special way. Servicemen of one of the military units in Astana were given the opportunity to call their mothers and convey their heartfelt congratulations.

The mothers who received unexpected calls from their sons admitted that they did not expect such a moment and could not hold back their emotions. Some of them were even moved to tears, expressing their longing for their sons and their maternal love.

For the young soldiers serving in the National Guard, this moment also became special. They thanked their mothers, who always support them and believe in them, and congratulated them on the holiday.

According to Private Sayat Koyshybayev, saying warm words to one’s mother is the duty of every child.

“Since I began my military service, I have missed my mother very much. She always supports me and believes in me. Today I had the opportunity to call her, congratulate her on the holiday, and for the first time in a long time say: ‘I love you.’ I wish all mothers good health and long lives,” the soldier noted.

It should be noted that such events not only raise the morale of soldiers but also strengthen their connection with their families. Military units of the law-enforcement forces regularly organize various activities and events, including open days for parents and relatives of servicemen, allowing them to learn more about the soldiers’ daily life.
