Please note that according to part 3 of Article 69 of the Administrative Procedural Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, applications received regarding the provision of public services are not subject to registration in the Electronic Appeals information analytical system.

In this regard, applications for the provision of public services submitted through the E-Atinish platform are not subject to accounting and consideration, with the exception of applications provided for in subparagraph 3) paragraph 1 of Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services".

Receiving public services in electronic form is carried out exclusively through the Public Services service of the egov e-Government portal.kz and information systems of state revenue authorities (Taxpayer's Office, Keden, Astana-1 and other services).
