Today, a meeting with veteran teachers was organized at the District Students’ House on the eve of March 8 – International Women’s Day.

The event was attended by District Akim Zhandos Erkinbek, who congratulated teachers who had worked in the field of education for many years on the occasion of the holiday.

During the meeting, the district akim emphasized the important role of veteran teachers in society and their contribution to the upbringing of younger generations.

"Karmakshy is a sacred land that values education and upbringing. Many talented young people have grown up in this district. Behind these achievements lie your dedication, professional skills, and years of hard work. Every successful student is the result of your efforts. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for your devoted service in educating the younger generation," the district head said.

During the meeting, several veteran teachers who have always instilled noble values in their students were awarded Letters of Appreciation from the District Akim.

Speeches were also delivered by the Chairman of the District Maslikhat Adil Koshalakov, veteran teacher of School-Lyceum No. 250 named after Tayimbet Komekbayev Feruza Bazarbayeva, and veteran teacher of School No. 30 named after Omar Shorayakuly Kenishkul Kazakhbayeva. They shared memories from their teaching careers and expressed their heartfelt wishes.

Teachers from the district school of arts also performed during the festive evening, presenting musical performances.

At the end of the event, veteran teachers who devoted their lives to educating the younger generation expressed their gratitude for the meaningful meeting.
