On February 25, difficult conditions arose for residents in the district due to a sudden deterioration in weather conditions. As a result of the sharp weather change, ice formed on electrical lines and equipment, causing a number of disruptions.

In order to restore electricity supply as quickly as possible, 6 emergency repair teams consisting of more than 30 specialists from power distribution organizations were mobilized, along with 9 units of special equipment. In addition, local residents also showed initiative — about 20 volunteers came to assist. Despite the severe weather conditions, specialists worked around the clock in an intensified mode and systematically carried out restoration work to bring electricity back to the district.

In this regard, today in the meeting hall of the district akimat administration, district akim Zhandos Erkinbek met with employees of the power supply sector and highlighted the dedication and responsibility of the specialists who took part in eliminating the consequences of the emergency.

— This situation became a serious test for the district. Despite the difficulties, employees of the power sector worked day and night to restore this vital service to residents as quickly as possible. Thanks to such perseverance and responsibility, the residents of the district were able to return to their normal lives. I sincerely thank you for your dedicated work, — said the district akim.

During the event, several citizens who actively participated in the work were awarded Letters of Appreciation from the district akim. The teams of the district electric grid and the Toretam electric grid were also recognized and presented with valuable gifts.

At the meeting, district maslikhat deputy Myrzash Bekbayev and the head of the Toretam electric grid Seitasqar Baktybayev also delivered congratulatory remarks and expressed their gratitude to the specialists.

The work of specialists who consistently ensure the stable supply of this vital resource to residents always deserves great respect.
