Brussels, 15 March 2026 — Voting in the referendum on the draft new Constitution took place at polling station No. 405 at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Belgium.

The polling station operated from 07:00 to 20:00 local time. Throughout the day, citizens residing or temporarily staying in Belgium came to the Embassy to exercise their constitutional right and cast their votes.

The majority of voters were students, as well as compatriots and their family members working or studying in Belgium, including those employed in international organizations, diplomatic missions and private companies.

For citizens who were unable to personally come to the polling station for objective reasons, the precinct commission organized a mobile ballot box upon prior request.

Voting at the polling station took place in a calm and orderly atmosphere, in full compliance with all established procedures.
