On March 11, 2026, the Deputy Head of the Department of State Revenues for the East Kazakhstan Region – Ethics Commissioner Koyshinov K.K. held an online meeting with officials of the State Revenue Offices for the cities of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Ridder.

During the meeting, issues related to compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service," "On Combating Corruption," and the Code of Ethics of Public Servants were discussed, along with measures for preventing violations and implementing anti-smoking initiatives within government agencies.

Koyshinov K.K. emphasized that public servants must set an example for society, must not violate legal requirements, must strictly observe the norms of official ethics, and should lead a healthy lifestyle. He also reminded participants of the prohibition on participating in gambling, as well as the ban on operating vehicles or being in public places while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

In conclusion, Koyshinov K.K. highlighted the importance of consistently adhering to the above-mentioned requirements, strengthening discipline, and fostering an atmosphere of legality and responsibility within government agencies.
