 In accordance with the changes in the technical requirements for

A Protocol for transferring data from cash registers to the server of fiscal data operators version 2.0.3 (hereinafter referred to as the Protocol version 2.0.3) has been developed, approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On some issues related to the use of cash registers"; it provides for automatic connection to the National catalog of goods and determination of the geolocation of cash registers.

To switch to Protocol version 2.0.3, a deadline was set until November 17, 2025.

We remind you that from April 1, 2026, it is planned to completely disable the Protocol version 2.0.2. In this regard, taxpayers using cash registers (cash registers) must ensure the transition of cash registers to the Protocol version 2.0.3.
