1. Assessment of teachers’ knowledge (testing) — Kuralai Serikzhanovna Nurgozhanova, Head of the Methodological Office of the Department of Education;

2. Issues of воспитательной work (student upbringing and guidance) — Zhibek Kairatovna Masalimova, Chief Specialist of the Department of Education;

3. Citizens’ appeals and work with the “E-Өтініш” system.

In addition, the Head of the Department of Education instructed that during weekends and extracurricular time, close communication with parents and students should be maintained, and safety measures should always be kept under strict control.
