As part of implementing the "Law and Order" ideology, the Aktobe Region Department for Youth Policy Affairs organized a preventive and informational outreach event for young people at the student dormitory of K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University. The event was attended by Sanzhar Zhailybay, Head of the Youth Work Division at the Aktobe Region Department for Youth Policy Affairs; Alisher Sadyk, Head of the Regional Youth Resource Center; and police officers. During the meeting, students received information on enhancing legal literacy, maintaining public order, preventing offenses, and complying with legal requirements. Police representatives explained the types of liability associated with committing offenses and placed special emphasis on proper conduct in public spaces, adherence to safety protocols, and the prevention of unlawful actions. In addition, discussions were held regarding ensuring the safety of young people living in dormitories and upholding the principles of mutual respect and responsibility. Such preventive measures, conducted within the framework of the "Law and Order" ideology, aim to foster a legal culture among young people, enhance their civic responsibility, and create a safe environment for youth. Information, outreach, and preventive activities among university students will continue in the future.
