According to Order No. 786 of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 18, 2025, 12 enterprises in the East Kazakhstan Region are included in republican monitoring: Kazzinc LLP;

Vostoktsvetmet LLP ; Orica-Kazakhstan JSC; Ulba Metallurgical Plant JSC; Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium and Magnesium Plant JSC; Ulba-TVS LLP; Altyn Shyghys LLP; OblShyghysZhol LLP; Ust-Kamenogorsk CHP LLP; Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Farm JSC; United Energy Service Company LLP; AK NIET GROUP LLP

February 2026 performance:

Tax revenues to the State Budget from the above enterprises amounted to 44.9 billion KZT, including: Local budget — 3.4 billion KZT;  Republican budget — 41.5 billion KZT This includes VAT refunds at a 0% rate credited to taxpayers’ accounts in the amount of 2.2 billion KZT.

The share of revenues from these enterprises in total State Budget revenues for the region is 48.3%, including: Local budget — 15.1%; Republican budget — 59.1%

 Cumulative results for January–February 2026:

Total tax revenues amounted to 55.4 billion KZT, including: Local budget — 5.4 billion KZTRepublican budget — 49.9 billion KZT; Including VAT refunds (0% rate) — 2.2 billion KZT. The share of these enterprises in total State Budget revenues for the region is 47.8%, including: Local budget — 14.2%
• Republican budget — 64.2%.
