The “other economy” category includes taxpayers excluding those under republican monitoring, as approved by Order No. 786 of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 18, 2025 (12 monitored enterprises are registered in the East Kazakhstan Region).

In February 2026, tax revenues to the Republican Budget from the “other economy” sector amounted to 28.7 billion KZT, including VAT refunds at a 0% rate credited to taxpayers’ accounts.

The share of the “other economy” in total Republican Budget revenues is 40.9%.

 Revenue structure by budget classification codes (BCC):

- BCC 105102 – VAT on goods imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan — 47.0%;

 -BCC 105115 – VAT on goods imported from EAEU member states — 28.7%;

- BCC 101110 – Corporate Income Tax from large businesses — 27.4%
