— prevention of corruption, including the identification and subsequent elimination of the causes of corruption (corruption prevention);

— ensuring accountability for corruption offenses;

— fostering anti-corruption awareness among the institution's employees.

The main tasks of the enterprise's anti-corruption policy are:

— identifying and eliminating causes that contribute to corruption within the institution;

— minimizing the risk of involving the institution's employees in corrupt activities;

— developing measures aimed at ensuring the transparency of employees' actions in situations involving potential corruption;

— improving methods of education in moral standards and the foundations of anti-corruption resilience;

— ensuring accountability for corruption offenses;

— monitoring the effectiveness of anti-corruption policy measures;

— establishing the obligation for employees to know and comply with the fundamental norms of anti-corruption legislation.

The fundamental regulatory legal act in the field of combating corruption is the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption."
