On March 26, 2026, in accordance with the plan of the Regional Innovation and Methodological Center of the Abai Region Education Department, the regional stage of the republican olympiad "Mathematical Regatta" for primary school teachers was organized at a high level.

The main goal of the event is to enhance the professional competence of teachers, improve the practice of effectively applying modern methods and approaches in teaching mathematics, as well as to support their creative potential.

Primary school teachers from educational institutions of the region participated in the olympiad, demonstrating deep subject knowledge, methodological skills, and a high level of logical thinking. The participants competed in several stages, successfully completing mathematical tasks of varying complexity.

By the decision of the jury, primary school teacher Elena Viktorovna Churbakova from KGU "Secondary School named after Kairat Ryskulbekov" was awarded a 3rd degree diploma.
