A 23-year-old citizen of West Kazakhstan region tried to transfer 3 smartphones to the detention center, which he wanted to transfer to a friend under investigation for personal use on the territory of the institution. Smartphones hidden in a container of a hot dish in a clever way were discovered during an inspection by employees of the security department. The prohibited item was seized by the staff of the institution.
According to this fact, an administrative offense case was initiated against a citizen who had been warned in advance by the staff of the institution about the inadmissibility of carrying and handing over prohibited items to convicts.
