In the city of Semey, servicemen of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan prevented possible serious consequences by promptly assisting a man who fell ill on the street.

The incident occurred on April 2 at around 18:05 during a patrol. A military patrol unit from military unit 5511, assigned to maintaining public order, was moving along Glinka Street. Near building No. 26, the guardsmen noticed a man sitting on the ground showing signs of heavy bleeding.

According to a relative of the victim, the man suffered a rupture of blood clots that had formed after a surgery a year earlier.

The patrol commander, Private Ilya Isakov, organized the provision of first aid. An ambulance team was called simultaneously. Until the arrival of medical personnel, the servicemen monitored the man’s condition and took the necessary measures to stabilize him.

Thanks to the prompt and coordinated actions of the guardsmen, it was possible to prevent the deterioration of the victim’s condition and ensure his timely transfer to medical specialists.
