By the end of 2025, the work of the subscriber department showed a high level of collection of payments from the public. However, the problem of accounts receivable remains relevant.
During the reporting period, there was an incomplete payment from the population and enterprises, resulting in arrears in both categories.
The main causes of debt are late payment, accumulation of debts by individual enterprises, as well as late provision of water meter readings.
A number of measures have been taken to reduce debt. Warnings about service outages were sent to subscribers, raid measures were carried out, during which a significant number of subscribers were reached and debt collection was carried out. In addition, appeals were sent to the notary, and the cases were transferred to private bailiffs. We are constantly working with debtors, and the relevant information is sent to credit bureaus.
It should be noted that due to the existing debt, measures may be taken to limit or disable services, enforce collection, and transfer information to credit institutions.
In this regard, we urge subscribers to pay for utilities on time and regularly transmit meter readings.
