Special attention is being given to the cultural sector, with consistent increases in funding and ongoing infrastructure modernization.

Over the past three years, the sector’s budget has grown by 42%. As a result, two libraries have undergone major renovations, computer equipment in cultural institutions has been updated, and new furniture and equipment have been purchased.

Significant improvements are also being made at the Miras Cultural Center. The facility has received a minibus, stage costumes, and updated musical instruments. Currently, renovation works are underway, including repairs to the roof, stage, and stage equipment.

Particular focus is placed on creating better conditions for creative groups. Dance halls will be equipped with specialized flooring and necessary equipment.

In addition, landscaping of the surrounding area is planned to create a comfortable public space for residents to relax.
