Dear participants in foreign economic activity!

The State Revenue Committee is providing additional information regarding the launch of the “Goods Declaration” feature in the “KEDEN” information system.

Starting at 9:00 p.m. on April 10, 2026, technical work will begin in the “ASTANA-1” information system to migrate the functionality, during which access to the system will be restricted.

The “Goods Declaration” functionality in the “KEDEN” information system will become operational at 12:00 a.m.

April 11, 2026.

To avoid potential difficulties during registration and authorization in the “KEDEN” information system, please:

  • register in the system in advance;
  • check your accounts for possible suspension due to prolonged inactivity;
  • monitor the validity periods of the electronic digital signatures used in customs operations within the “KEDEN” system and, if necessary, renew them in a timely manner.

Additionally, we clarify that starting at 00:00 on April 11, 2026:

  1. Customs declarations (CDs) issued in the “ASTANA-1” IS with the “VTD” declaration type must be finalized in the “ASTANA-1” IS (submission and issuance of CDs with the “PVD” declaration type).
  2. The submission of customs declarations with the “VDT” declaration feature, for which the release of goods was carried out in accordance with the Customs Code in the “ASTANA-1” IS, shall be carried out in the “ASTANA-1” IS.
  3. For transport documents for which customs control has not been completed as of the date the transport document functionality becomes operational in the “KEDEN” information system, the release of goods is carried out in the “ASTANA-1” information system.
  4. The release of goods under customs declarations with the “PTD” declaration feature registered in the “ASTANA-1” IS is carried out in the “ASTANA-1” IS.
